Kill Clip more consistently secured the 3-tap on mid-resilience guardians, while MKC would leave way too many guardians with a sliver of health after three crits. To actually answer your question, I like the first roll a lot. Killing Wind gives you great handling and accuracy and Frenzy gives you a nice damage bump without necessarily needing a kill.
