To fix - go to device manager as above, dropdown 'Sound, video and game controllers', right click on 'Bose QC35 II Hands-Free' and click 'Disable device'. It will then prompt you to restart. After restart, my audio seemed to be fixed instead of the terrible hiss feedback you get when it's on hands free.Yeah I think the QC35's may have some serious issues with the AUX connection.
